As a Business Analyst, you perform business analysis and translate the expectations and requirements of the clients into concrete solutions. To learn what the customer's wishes are, you use various techniques such as interviews and workshops. In addition, you issue advice and shape the transition that goes with the chosen solution. 

The successful candidate will possess general business analyst skills as well as specialized knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Digital Banking, Credit Risk, Lending/Mortgages, or Cards & Payments.

You are interested in the latest technological developments in the financial sector. Building and maintaining new relationships is nothing new to you. You work at our office, but also at the customer and regularly at home. In addition, you stay sharp and patiently ask questions, because you want to get to the bottom of things. You are also analytical, and you work in a structured way, so that you can help the developers in our teams to achieve the goal. You already have some experience working in the banking or financial sector. 

• Business Analysis experience: Proven track record in at minimum two domain related projects and a total of 3-5 years

• Experience in Banking/Financial Services, either employed by a Financial Services organization or deployed as a consultant. 

• Skilled at requirements elicitation and management (including ensuring E2E traceability)

• Skilled at analysis techniques, with a proven track record of analysis of the transition from AS-IS to TO-BE

In addition, you have:

• A completed HBO or WO education in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Technology or Engineering

• More than 3 years of knowledge and experience in modelling processes and working in agile teams.

• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
