•Manage the daily operations of physical security and manage a team of security personnel.

•Implement and enforce security policies and protocols, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and coordinate the installation and maintenance of physical security systems.

•This role requires a strong knowledge of physical security systems, such as access control, CCTV or intrusion systems, as well as leadership abilities to supervise and provide guidance to the security team.

•Play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment and ensuring the safety of occupants and assets.

•Fluent communication skills in, Dutch and English

•Based in Utrecht (Netherlands); possible travel to Belgium or Luxembourg few times per year. Due to Benelux CRES activities

•5-10 year experience in facility domain (hard) services preferably in the field of access control and security systems

•Knowledge Microsoft Environment (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerBI, Outlook)

•Physical security standards

•Access control management

•Professional bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

•Flexible and a positive team player with a hands-on mentality

•Work in an orderly manner and have an eye for detail.
