Retail Lead for SAP CoE (Europe)

As Retail Lead, you will, with your expert industry insights and thought leadership, contribute to bring Retail businesses to the next level, by leveraging your knowledge of key transformation drivers, providing Retails best practices and inspiring innovation to create positive business outcomes. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Act in the role of Retail business SME to inject industry understanding into client conversations, proposals and bids to ensure a relevant, client focused proposition with S/4HANA at the core completed with specific Business / Retail value 
• Serve as trusted Retail industry advisor to client leadership 
• Collaborate with Capgemini service portfolio teams to tailor solutions to best align with Retail industry trends and the needs of our customers 
• Interact with key stakeholders and provide content for branding materials including thought leadership and industry market vision related to the Retail Industry 
• Share expert knowledge and market insight regarding the Retail Industry internally 
• Develop and maintain industry stakeholder relationships 
• Identify valuable white spaces to invest in

You'll have a passion to work with our clients, advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP transformation

• You have a profound knowledge on the Retail industry 
• High level knowledge in one or more SAP business processes and/or Retail specific solutions 
• Engaging and enthusiastic communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. 
• Experience in presenting to senior client stakeholders up to and including CxO-level. 
• Retail industry benchmark knowledge
