•Regular monitoring of metrics such as utilities and H&S data on country or site level and alignment of actions.

•Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiencies.

•Conduct feasibility studies for implementing projects and pilots. Identify and manage any issues and risks, escalating and reporting them as required.

•Monitor trends that could have an impact on sustainable operations.

•Lead the day-to-day operation of the sustainability and H&S activities.

•Coach and provide guidance to colleagues and peers related to the project activity.

•Fluent communication skills in, Dutch and English

•5 year experience in facility services preferably in the field of health & safety and sustainability topics

•Knowledge Microsoft Environment (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerBI, Outlook)

•Professional bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

•Flexible and a positive team player with a hands-on mentality

•Work in an orderly manner and have an eye for detail.

•Good communication skills and can take initiative.
